National Investigations Group may receive enquiries and, when an investigation is commissioned, handle information supplied by clients, witnesses and invited respondents. This can include contact details, statements and case material.

We use information to assess enquiries, conduct authorised investigations, maintain records and respond to communications. Access to case records is limited to authorised staff. We consider the relevant lawful basis and any additional condition required for sensitive or criminal offence data for each matter.
